I know this is so not MotoGP related post, but I spent whole saturday making those little bastards. My familly come to pay a visit today (hell yeah during MonacoGP, they couldn’t choose better time), so I wanted to bake something special. I have never bake crispy muffins like this, the most difficult part was to make a cream - I made two options: one a Lemon Curd (quite sour) and second of the recipe by Buddy Valastro (more milky and sweet). I managed to make 40 muffins, small and big versions (on photo is small one)
